We got up late, ate breakfast, I did a workout video, we watched it pour down rain, and then we went into town and strolled the old shops. Uneventful and totally relaxing. It poured and poured down rain this morning- it was actually fine because I don't mind rain if it truly RAINS. The drizzle we've had for the last few days has been irritating, but the rain was actually fine. There was even some nice thunder. I was going to run, but ended up doing a workout video instead because of the weather. It is SO HUMID and I nearly passed out at the end of it,although it's the hardest workout I own, so maybe it wasn't all the wine I've had this week!
After we shopped around and didn't buy anything, we went to a bar in old Venice and had some drinks and then went to eat seafood at Sparky's on the Beach. It was superb, but we ruined our appetites with onion rings and sugary drinks! By the end of the meal and live music I was nearly sick I'd eaten so much! It turned out to be a gorgeous meeting and a great place to hang out!
We walked out on the pier after we ate- it was pretty windy and cool, but still nice. Here's the bar from the pier.

Off for a road trip tomorrow to Sea World!!! YAY!!! It's supposed to be a beautiful day.
