Day 5 FL 2010- Kennedy
So we stayed in Cape Canaveral last night- I had the best night sleep of the trip so far- not sure if it was because I had a nice run beforehand on the treadmills or just the loudness of the AC as I am used to sleeping with the "hurricane" (my box fan). We had a huge free breakfast at the hotel and headed to Kennedy Space Center.

The shuttle is on the launch pad ready for launch on the 7th!
The bottom of an Apollo rocket.
Reading every word and taking it all in. B enjoyed taking everything in.
Rocket garden of historical rockets.
A goofy picture of the two of us.

The clouds rolled in just as we were finished. It was really quite a perfect day. The sun was shining and it was nice and warm. Luckily it didn't rain on us on the way home either. They have taken the storms out of our forecast for tomorrow- looks like clouds but warm!
No plans for tomorrow- reading, laundry, packing, lounging, a good outside run, etc. We ate horribly again today- finishing up with a huge Domino's pizza! Oh well....
