Have you ever made cake mix cookies? I think it just takes oil and an egg or two.
that is why you have to make PB cream cheese frosting and chocolate PB ganache to go on top of the sour cream choc cake...that is what G's pirate cake was :)

I find the only issue I have with made from scratch chocolate cakes is they're not quite chocolatey enough for me!
