Shortly after posting yesterday, my boy ATE! And ate and ate and ate.
Here is the rundown for yesterday:
BF- 1 and a half toaster sticks with syrup and a few raspberries, 4 oz juice
Lunch- 1/2 pb&j, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cheese slice, 3/4 yogurt cup
Snack- 2 pieces of pizza at fun run, 4 oz milk
Dinner- 2 whole chicken nuggets, 1/2 peach cup, fruit snacks
Snack- 6 oz juice
Before bed- 4-6 oz 2% milk
WOW. He did it all by himself- we didn't prod him AT ALL. I was so happy about yesterday- even if he doesn't eat really anything for another week, it has given me the will to persevere. It IS going to eventually work. I still wonder if he shouldn't be a bit more hungry, but for one single week I think we've done pretty well. I'm so proud of my guy.
